Lauren is a passionate and dedicated qualified personal trainer. With more than a decade of experience and a deep connection to community, Lauren supports and encourages her clients in a warm and welcoming gym environment.
Lauren lives on a rural property with her partner and two small kiddos, so she really understands what it’s like to balance parenting with regional life. It’s not always easy to put your fitness and wellbeing first when you’re in the thick if it! As someone who’s experiencing a busy life, Lauren is here to provide guidance and support that can flex around your goals, your lifestyle, and your family.

SIGNATURE SQUADS
Our timetable is built on a hybrid model of strength and energy. Both session types are 45 minutes, have female-only options, and focus on form and execution for your level of fitness. Smaller groups mean personalization for all fitness levels.
STRONGER SESSIONS (Max 8):
Master your lift. We follow a 6–8 week program block to build lean muscle and functional strength. No random workouts - just progress.
CONDITION SESSIONS (Max 12):
Build your engine. A high-energy cardiovascular or power challenge designed to push your limits and boost your recovery.
