Lauren Sibley is a passionate and dedicated qualified personal trainer. With more than a decade of experience and a deep connection to community, Lauren supports and encourages her clients in a warm and welcoming gym environment.
Lauren lives on a rural property with her partner and two small kiddos, so she really understands what it’s like to balance parenting with regional life. It’s not always easy to put your fitness and wellbeing first when you’re in the thick if it! As someone who’s experiencing a busy life, Lauren is here to provide guidance and support that can flex around your goals, your lifestyle, and your family.

These 45 minute sessions are really focused on building condition, fitness and capacity. You’ll follow a group plan/circuit, with high reps and lots of sets. This is the session for you if you want to improve your aerobic and cardio fitness, along with muscle strength.
The exercises are designed to increase or decrease the load to suit you, working on your own individual wellbeing needs.
A social and energetic session for all fitness levels.

Strong Mums
Starting 2 February 26
Women’s small group training - up to 6.
A 30 minute strength class for recently postpartum women (1 class per week, minimum 8 weeks PP), designed for mums who want to start feeling strong in their bodies again.
Babies are welcome along for these sessions.
Focus is on strengthening the back, glutes, and rebuilding the core and pelvic floor.
This is an 8 week program, specifically curated to assist your postpartum recovery, before advancing into the mainstream training groups.
8 week program $200.

3-1 and 1-1 PT
Three on one and One on one session with Lauren.
45 minute exclusive session with Lauren so you can get deeply personalised guidance aligned to your health and wellbeing needs.

That’s why we created Stronger Online. A personalised program specifically created for you, using what equipment you have to work with (either in a gym or at home).
You get a 12 week program with progressions, exercise videos, and weekly check-ins with Lauren, keeping you accountable and hitting your goals.
Priced at $35 per week, and capped to a maximum of ten clients, you can rest assured you’re getting dedicated attention and support.
